The rmcuci platform is strictly available to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. Any winnings accrued in an underage account will be forfeited in full.

Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rmcuci reserves the right to merge or close the accounts and to confiscate any balances or winnings held therein. Players who believe they have accidentally created a duplicate account must contact rmcuci support immediately.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Malaysian NRIC, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rmcuci login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. rmcuci will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify rmcuci immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the rmcuci platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. rmcuci makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. If you access the rmcuci platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you do so at your own risk and rmcuci accepts no liability in connection with such access.
rmcuci is required to conduct identity verification on all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of a legible copy of your valid Malaysian NRIC. Additional documentation — including proof of address or source of funds — may be requested at rmcuci's discretion. Your account will not be restricted from deposits or gameplay during the KYC review period; however, withdrawals will be held until verification is complete. rmcuci may permanently suspend an account where verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe or where documents are found to be fraudulent or invalid. rmcuci will handle all personal data submitted during KYC in accordance with the rmcuci Privacy Policy.
rmcuci accepts deposits in MYR via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and Malaysian bank accounts through the FPX payment gateway (including Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank). The minimum deposit amount is RM20. rmcuci does not accept deposits in cash, cryptocurrency, or any currency other than Malaysian Ringgit. Deposits credit to the Player's account in real time following payment processor confirmation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to rmcuci's anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. rmcuci maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable international standards. Funds deposited into an rmcuci account must be wagered at least once before they may be withdrawn. rmcuci reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the transaction is connected to fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by rmcuci are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to each bonus are detailed at the point of offer. Bonus Funds must be wagered the required number of times before any portion of the balance derived from those funds may be withdrawn. Real Money Balances may be withdrawn at any time subject to AML obligations under clause 4.3. rmcuci reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting both sides of a market), or coordinating play with other Players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
All games available on the rmcuci platform are governed by the individual game rules accessible from the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game. rmcuci uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories for all non-live games. Live dealer games are supplied by licensed third-party providers and their studio rules apply. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, rmcuci reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the Player's account. rmcuci's decision on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the complaints procedure below.

By creating an rmcuci account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. rmcuci will not sell your personal data to third parties. rmcuci reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, or regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to the Player's misconduct, rmcuci will return the real money balance to the Player via the payment method on file. Where an account is closed due to the Player's breach, rmcuci reserves the right to forfeit the balance. Players may close their own rmcuci account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and applicable law. In the event of a dispute, Players should contact rmcuci support in the first instance via live chat. rmcuci will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to rmcuci's licensor or a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution body. The initiation of formal proceedings does not preclude rmcuci from enforcing its rights under these Terms & Conditions in the interim.

Continued use of the rmcuci platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
